Rumors have been swirling about the possibility of superstar wide receiver Terrell Owens being traded to the Chicago Bears. But thankfully for the Bears sake, thats all that this is, a rumor. At this point in his career, Owens needs the Bears a lot more then the Bears need Owens. Pulling in only 12 catches for 200 yards total this season, Owens has gone from being the best wide receiver in football to just an average one. Although Owens would help boost a young group of wideouts in Chicago, the risk is much larger then the reward. Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has done well with this season throwing for almost 900 yards and 8 touchdowns and it does not seem that he needs a superstar wide receiver in order to be successful. Because the Bears already gave up their 2010 first round pick in the Cutler trade, they need to keep their remaining picks in order to fill some of the holes on their roster so there is no need to send these picks to Buffalo. This trade has almost a 0% chance of happening.
